StarTimes, a leading digital TV service provider, has significantly expanded its presence in Kenya with a network of business halls strategically located in key towns and cities.

This expansion is designed to enhance customer experience by offering easy access to services such as subscriptions, inquiries, and technical support.

StarTimes Head of PR and Content, Syndicate Myke Mwai, emphasized that the strategic positioning of these business halls underscores the company’s commitment to enhancing customer experience and satisfaction.

“By establishing physical touchpoints across different regions, the company aims to provide personalized assistance and support to its growing customer base, reinforcing its position as a preferred choice for digital television services in Kenya,” Mwai stated.

He added, “This extensive network ensures that StarTimes remains accessible to its customers across Kenya, demonstrating the company’s commitment to providing excellent service and supporting the growing demand for digital television services.”

In Nairobi, StarTimes has established several business halls to cater to the diverse needs of its customers. These include the Central Business District (CBD) Business Hall located at Solar House on Moi Avenue, the Upperhill Business Hall at Victoria Towers opposite Crown Plaza, and the Buruburu Business Hall at the Buruburu Business Complex on Mumias South Road.

In Kiambu, the Thika Business Hall on Uhuru Street provides services to Thika Town residents. Similarly, in Kitui, the business hall opposite Naivas Supermarket serves the local community, ensuring they have access to all StarTimes services.

Makueni County’s Emali Business Hall, located on the highway at Miangeni Arcade, ensures that residents of Emali Town have access to Startimes services. In Kajiado, the business hall near Kajiado Market and the Islamic Mosque caters to the town’s needs.

Nyeri Town hosts a business hall on Gakere Road in the New Batian Building next to Samrat Supermarket, ground floor. In Laikipia, the Nyahururu Business Hall is situated on Kenyatta Avenue in GF Plaza, next to Agha Khan on the ground floor.

Residents of Meru can visit the Meru Business Hall on Kenyatta Road within the Green House Building, first floor. Nakuru’s business hall is located in Masters Plaza along Kenyatta Avenue, first floor. Kisumu Town’s hall is on Oginga Odinga Street at Central Square, next to Bank of Baroda, ground floor.

In Kakamega, the business hall is on Sudi Road, ground floor, opposite Sonkem Petrol Station. The Kapsabet Business Hall is in Nandi County on Eldoret-Kisumu Road within Barngetuny Plaza, ground floor. Eldoret residents can find their business hall on Uganda Road in Zion Mall, first floor.

Bungoma’s business hall is on Bungoma-Mumias Road, next to Crown Bus Stage and opposite Faulu Bank.

In Kisii Town, the business hall is on Sansora Street in the Old Sansora Building, first floor. Kwale’s Ukunda Business Hall is opposite Maasai Club next to Airtel in Ukunda Town. Malindi Town’s business hall is located at the Malindi Roundabout near Al-noor Mosque in Kilifi County.

Finally, in Mombasa, the business hall is located on Kenyatta Avenue next to KFA, ground floor.
