The highly anticipated What Women Want Summit 3.0 is set to take place from March 21 to 23 at a Nairobi Hotel.
Presented in partnership with Johnnie Walker under the #SheWalks platform, this third edition promises an inspiring and immersive experience – fostering meaningful conversations, networking, and empowerment for women across East Africa.
Building on the success of previous editions, What Women Want Summit 3.0 will bring together over 80 speakers, more than 40 panel discussions, interactive workshops, and transformative experiences. Covering a diverse range of topics including career growth, financial empowerment, wellness, beauty, fashion, entrepreneurship, sound healing, yoga, and societal issues, the summit takes a holistic approach to personal and professional development.
Organised by PinKE Media, the WWW Summit has continued to thrive through strong collaborations that strengthen its impact. As a key partner, Johnnie Walker continues to champion spaces that recognise, engage, and celebrate women taking bold steps in their fields and inspiring change. Through its #SheWalks platform, the brand fosters inclusion, encourages progress, and champions the power of collective ambition.
“Johnnie Walker is proud to create spaces that not only amplify the voices of women but also provide opportunities for knowledge-sharing, professional development, and networking. Through our #SheWalks platform, we are dedicated to inspiring inclusion, celebrating women’s achievements, and fostering progress. The WWW Summit is a perfect embodiment of these values, and we are thrilled to be part of this movement,” said Josephine Katambo, Marketing Manager, Scotch and Reserve Portfolio at EABL.
Since its inception in 2023, the WWW Summit has championed women’s empowerment. The second edition, held last year, attracted over 3,000 women and featured more than 50 local and international speakers, addressing leadership, career growth, and gender equity. This year’s summit will build on that momentum, expanding discussions and driving even greater impact.
“The What Women Want Summit is a space where women come together to learn, share, and grow. This year, we are excited to present an even bigger, bolder edition that continues to instil knowledge, empowerment, and meaningful connections,” said Pinky Ghelani, Founder of PinKE Media and WWW Summit host.
Nominated as one of the speakers for the event, Waithera Kaburu, Africa Digital Hub Lead at Diageo, emphasised the power of personal branding in shaping career-defining opportunities.
“Building an authentic personal brand goes beyond visibility – it is about forging meaningful connections and unlocking new opportunities. I’m thrilled to share insights on how women can leverage digital platforms to amplify their unique voices and turn them into powerful, career-defining assets. When women take charge of their narratives, they open doors, expand networks, and strengthen their influence,” said Waithera Kaburu.
Beyond the powerful discussions and networking opportunities, Johnnie Walker will elevate the summit experience with an exclusive poolside party, offering attendees a chance to unwind, connect, and celebrate in style. This special event will further enhance the social aspect of the summit, bringing together women to enjoy an evening of premium entertainment.
As the world continues to celebrate women beyond International Women’s Day, the WWW Summit remains a crucial platform for shaping meaningful conversations and building networks that spark transformation.
