Shelter Afrique Development Bank Set to Host Private Auction for Sale of Residential Properties 

Nairobi: September 17, 2024 – Shelter Afrique Development Bank (ShafDB), a leading Pan-African institution committed to financing and advancing housing, urban, and related infrastructure development, is set to hold a private auction event for the sale of prime residential properties in five counties.

The exclusive auction will take place on Thursday, September 1, 2024, offering a unique opportunity for investors and homebuyers to acquire high-quality real estate assets. The properties under auction include Pine City in Athi River, Machakos County; Serene Vally in Rironi, Kiambu County; Translake along Kibos road, Kisumu County; KMA apartments in Mtwapa, Kilifi County; and Eden apartments in Shanzu, Mombasa County.
